1. I understand that by signing up as provider (first responder, licensed or certified medical professional, or CPR-certified person) to the aiding services from Blue Star Savior, GetHelp-Now (or any related services rendered from its parent company StarBright Group, the Company, and its supporting mobile applications, herein known as Services) that I undertake, or activities in which I participate with said entity and its supporters, requestors, and any other people who have signed up to request help, might involve inherent risks of damage to and loss of my personal property (tangible and intangible), as well of personal injury (mental or physical), illness or even death. I further acknowledge that I understand the nature of these risks, and voluntarily accept such risks in consideration of providing such aiding services  through web, mobile or any other communication form that the Company might provide. Aiding services are defined as physically being there or electronically dialoging (through direct phone connection) to personally provide help with the requestor to the victims of the emergency.
2. I have been informed, and I understand, that said Services is NOT a substitute for calling the local emergency phone number (911 in the United States). All services and actions resulting from using Blue Star Savior are for educational purposes only, and even then, there is no guarantee of performance or results of any kind, from the responding provider to any other parties including the requestor who is most likely not aware of the nature of the emergency itself due to lack of medical training or expertise. I have also agreed that by signing up as provider to this service, my location will be tracked by the Company for the purpose of connecting the requestor to the closest provider and that there will be a phone connection from my phone to the requestor.
3. I acknowledge and agree that no person associated with, or speaking on behalf of the Company has minimized any risk, or disavowed or contradicted anything contained in this Non-Liability Agreement, to induce me to use the web site and its mobile app, or to participate in any activity. I have carefully considered these risks to my person and property and have freely and voluntarily decided to assume such risks. 
4. I acknowledge and agree that at all times, I am in total control of the time schedule when I can render my help, and even if I receive request for help.during my permitted time slots, I have the rights to refuse the request for help. Regardless of whether or not I provide any help, in no way I shall be liable for any resulting effects of my participation, or lack of, in any manner or means.
5. This Non-Liability Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, or the laws of the State whereby the help is requested or rendered.
